1. Aluminum Composite Panel Thickness:
Use a thickness measuring instrument with a minimum graduation value of 0.01mm to measure the thickness at least 20mm inward from the edge of the board. The limit value error between the nominal value is taken as the test result.
2. Length (width):
The length is on both sides of the plate width, and the width is measured on both sides of the plate length with a steel tape with a minimum graduation value of 1mm. The limit value error between all measured values of the length (width) and the nominal value is taken as the test result.
3. Diagonal difference:
Measure and calculate the difference between the lengths of two diagonals on the same board with a steel tape with a minimum scale of 1 mm, and take the maximum value of all the measured differences as the test result.
4. Edge straightness:
Put the plate flat on the horizontal platform, use the side edge of the steel ruler with a length of 1000mm to touch the edge of the plate, and then measure the maximum gap between the edge of the plate and the side edge of the steel ruler with a feeler gauge. The maximum value among the measured values was taken as the test result.
5. Warpage:
Put the concave surface of the plate on the horizontal platform, use a 1000mm long steel ruler to stand on the side of the plate, and then use a ruler with a minimum division value of 0.5mm to measure the maximum gap height between the steel ruler and the plate. Take the maximum value of all measured values as the test result.
6. Aluminum thickness:
Take the aluminum material removed from the sample as a test piece, and measure the thickness of the aluminum material (not including the thickness of the coating, etc.) with a thickness measuring instrument with a minimum division value of 0.001mm. The measurement should be carried out in enough places , but at least 5 parts at the four corners and the center of each test piece should be measured, and the minimum value and arithmetic mean value of all the measured values should be taken as the test result.
7. Coating thickness:
Coating thickness refers to the total thickness of the coating, according to the provisions of GB/T4957, the test is carried out on enough places on the test piece.
